The major in Management and Administration / Information Systems requires 62 credits, with a 44-credit business/computer base to receive the Bachelor of Science degree. This curriculum prepares students for computer related positions where a business background is required. The C/C++ and Visual Basic programming languages are emphasized, along with extensive electives in Java, UNIX, Web Development and current topics. A theoretical base, using practical applications comprised of Structured Systems Analysis, Operating Systems and Database Concepts and Design is included in the major.
