David J. Kirschner is the Principal Law Clerk to New York State Supreme Court Justice Richard Lee Price and teaches Business Law at Lander College for Men.  Professor Kirschner was a senior Assistant District Attorney in New York City where he prosecuted white-collar crimes including racketeering, enterprise corruption, extortion, usury, gambling, fraud and public corruption, supervised the arrest, intake and arraignment process, and conducted covert investigations involving the use of electronic surveillance.  He earned a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science with Honors from Florida State University.
