I spent 3 years at LCM majoring in Biology and learning in R' Parnes's shiur. During those years, I spent my Shabbosim working as a direct service provider for children with developmental disabilities at a Women's League home in Brooklyn.
After graduating, I spent a year working at a research laboratory at SUNY Downstate medical center and learning part-time in the Lander Semicha program. The following year, I began my studies at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where I am currently a 2nd year MD student. While school keeps me busy, I continue to work at Women's League when I have the time, and try to visit LCM whenever possible.
I still hang out with several of my LCM friends (including the two fellow alumni in my Einstein class). I have attended the past two Alumni Shabbatons (I wear the LCM swag regularly!) and hope to keep that streak going for years to come.
