Chaim earned a Masters Degree in College Student Personnel from Loyola University, Chicago, and also studied in the Institutional Leadership and Policy Studies Ph.D. program at the University of California, Riverside Graduate School of Education. Chaim has more than 14 years of experience working in organizational administration with more than 7 years experience working with college students.
