Dr. William L. Fischbein received his Ph. D. in nuclear physics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and served as Assistant Professor of Physics at the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. As a research scientist and consultant, Dr. Fischbein published more than 30 articles in nuclear physics, astrophysics, and earth sciences, as well as in the fields of investment banking and finance. He served as vice president and senior trader at a number of banks and financial institutions.
