Dean Moshe Sokol and Dean Herb Ratner have years of experience helping students select courses, navigate majors and requirements, and think through any other academic issues. The door to the Office of the Deans is open—don’t hesitate to drop in. Be sure to take advantage of your department chairs’ and professors’ office hours, too.
Whether you prefer the mashgiach ruchani or mental health counselor, there's someone for you to speak with.
Get ahead on your career search. From skills assessment to interview prep, the Office of Career Services will help you get on track for the road ahead.
Faculty Mentor Program
We assign every student a mentor from our full-time faculty. Mentors provide academic guidance and help students secure internships, employment, or acceptance into graduate or professional schools.
Professionally staffed, the Writing Center can help you make any essay better. Students can drop by Room 327b or email for an appointment.
Our sunlit library is a comfortable place to research and study. With all the books you'll need for class and access to online resources, as well as all Touro library sites and resources, it's reach goes far beyond its walls.
Looking for some extra help with a course or assignment? We provide free peer tutoring to all students across most disciplines. Contact Dean Herb Ratner for more information, or speak with your academic advisor.
Students With Disabilities
Assistance is available for students who have physical or learning-related disabilities. Contact Joel Dickstein at Joel.Dickstein@touro.edu or 718-252-7800 x273 for more information.
