Shabbos morning, LCM students read about stamping out Amalek’s name. Motzai Shabbos, they were stamping out sticky rice with Sushi Tokyo’s chef—and the help of bamboo mats.
From California rolls to Godzilla rolls and everywhere in between, LCM was rocking and rolling.
The best part? Eating the fruits of their labor, of course.
