Dr. Chayim Herskowitz serves as a Deputy Chair & Assistant Professor for the Accounting Department at Touro University. He received his Bachelor's Degree, two Master's Degrees, and Doctorate Degree from Touro University, and is an active licensed CPA. He has conducted extensive research in the field of Accounting Supervision, most recently focusing on Remote Supervision at Public Accounting Firms.

After a career in Public and Private Accounting, Dr. Herskowitz joined Touro University and received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching. In addition to teaching, he maintains a private practice in Queens NY and in his spare time he writes simulation problems for the CPA Examination as part of the AICPA’s Simulation Development Group.
