Dr. Won Geun Kim first earned his master’s in engineering, specializing in Architectural Acoustics, from Tokyo University. He then furthered his academic journey by obtaining a PhD in Mathematics from the City University of New York.

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Kim has also shared his expertise by teaching Mathematics and Computer Science at the City University of New York.

His primary area of research lies in computational algebraic geometry and the representation theory of linear algebraic groups. He also has a keen interest in exploring numerical methods for finding the roots of polynomials.
